Return Policy

Here at Cozy Damsel, we aim to make your shopping experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. That’s why we make sure we offer our customers only the best. But if, for any reason, you are not happy with the item that you received, please let us know right away. 


Refund/Return

We accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. 

A full refund is given with the following conditions:

We will contact you after we have inspected and confirmed the items. Please note that buyers will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel. We shall not be responsible on any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you feel like the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team, together with a photo of the item within 30 days to further assist you with a refund or exact replacement. 


Sale Items

All items on sale are final and are not eligible for a return/refund. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellation

All cancelled orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase get a full refund unconditionally.
